1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all contiguous 48 states in the USA. For inquiries regarding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our support team at [Email Address] for a custom freight quote.
2. Processing & Handling Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business Days: Our logistics center operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with premium carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable service. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping:

Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select models.

LTL / Freight Delivery: For exceptionally large orders or "Oversize" models, we may utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services to ensure safe handling. In such cases, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions (Standard, Large, or Oversize), and the destination of your order.

Large & Oversize Items: Due to the architectural scale of some of our planters, additional handling surcharges may apply to ensure specialized care during transit.
5. Damaged or Defective Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. While our LLDPE planters are engineered for extreme durability, transit accidents can occur.

Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Reporting: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirements: Please email [Email Address] with your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Address Changes & P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes: Due to the size of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Solen Garden is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier's website.
